Pursuit Options Parts Recumbent designers have been exploring ways to make unfaired bikes faster by make their frontal surface area even smaller. This has led to the development of the 'low racer'. On a low racer, the rider is actually behind the front tire and the seat is usually very laid back. The Pursuit places the rider in a low position relative to the ground but has a more upright backrest to allow the rider to have a better view of the road. In addition, the Pursuit is designed for use with an optional composite handlebar mount fairing for more speed and weather protection. |
